No swimming pool available and we should've been informed about it, it was supposed to be my bday gift to my daughter and she was so sad because of it.. lack of toiletries as well.

Excellent location because of its nearness to the Church,...

Excellent location because of its nearness to the Church, mall, etc. Front desk Officer as well as the guards are very accommodating. The apartment is clean and garbage collection is being done regularly (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening). I was not able to check the Cabinets but I would like to suggest to have a storage Cabinet for the broom, rags, etc. especially if your guest booked for atleast 2days in order to maintain the cleanliness. Also please make sure that the beddings are clean because I noticed some Water marks (saliva or something) on the pillowcase which is supposedly assigned to my daughter. But that's it! Overall, I must say we had a great holiday spent in your lovely place. :-)

Unit was very clean and fresh... Small but very comfortable... Very relaxing... Also, the lobby personnel in barong (didn't get his name) was very helpful...

Would be nice if they can issue receipt of payment...

I liked the location of the property and the comfort we felt...

I liked the location of the property and the comfort we felt while in the place. The TV plus could've been loaded though in order for us to watch more exciting channels.

The owner or caretaker could've provided a key to the washroom upon checking in. The door knob of the cr was defective and got locked without our knowledge. We had to wait for the caretaker to arrive at the property so the door could open. We wasted almost 2hours of waiting before the kids could swim at the pool. Their swimsuits were inside the cr when it got locked. :( They only had 30minutes to swim in the morning because it was already time for us to check out. We asked to extend our time for at least 2hours so the kids could still enjoy but we weren't allowed to as there was someone else who's going to rent the place after us.

Nice and clean apartment with a great swimming pool and gym close to eve5

The apartment was very clean and comfy. We loved the location as it was close to everything we wanted to see. The pool was just great also loved the gym too. Mr. Nestor was very nice .We will definitely be coming back. Thanks

Home away from home!

I love the feeling of being home away from home :) Superb accomodation! We enjoyed swimming and good thing we are able to use the gym facilities. Super sulit!

There'll be no reason to dislike it :)
